At South Mountain Candles, we are committed to making candles that are richly fragrant and that burn to the bottom! 

 

Our candles are hand made in batches and hand poured.

South Mountain soy candles are made in the foothills of  West Virginia.  Originally created in Maryland over 22 years ago, our operation now sits among gorgeous woods and wildlife.  We are surrounded by family farms, mountains, good people and historic charm. 

​

Our US farmers grow the soy used in the wax.   The rest of the product includes, jars, wicks, fragrances and beautiful labels (designed by us),  all made right here in our great country.  It is our goal to create a candle that you LOVE to burn.  While doing this, we support hard working Americans in the industries that create the products we need.  

 

South Mountain Candles are made from pure soy wax.  We use lead free cotton wicks which combined with the wax, ensure a clean burn which is ecologically friendly. They are hand poured with love and care in small batches. Our candles are are vegan and contain no dyes, parabens, phthalates or other toxins. 

 

In addition, we use the maximum scent capacity in each candle to provide for a great smelling, richly scented candle.
